OUR MISSION
Provide special support services to individuals and families and assist them in their progression to self-sufficiency by stabilizing and improving their housing, employment, family, and mental health. This practice is designed to address the consumers need through intense case management and the promotion of wellness and recovery. Clients will definitively obtain permanent independent housing upon a successful transition in Belmont Homes.
Our goal is to make your transition into your new home as smooth and stress-free as possible. We believe that finding a home should be a joyful journey, not a daunting task. That’s why we’ve simplified our intake process to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.
